About This Role
Business Development Representative responsible for driving new drayage business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the company's drayage services portfolio. Key responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new leads, developing strategic partnerships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and BCOs (Beneficial Cargo Owners), negotiating rates and service agreements, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. The ideal candidate has experience in drayage or intermodal transportation sales, strong knowledge of port operations and container logistics, and a proven track record of growing a book of business.
