Warehouse & Fulfillment Sales Representative
Confidential - Logistics Company
NJ / NY metro (HQ Edison, NJ — open to other US locations only for exceptional candidates)
About This Role
# Warehouse & Fulfillment Sales Representative — Remote
**Compensation:** Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
A diversified consumer-products powerhouse — parent company to 25+ brands across tech, recreation, lifestyle, home, kids, and pet categories — is spinning up its 3PL and fulfillment arm as a growth engine. They own and operate modern warehousing facilities across **California, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania**, and they're hiring a sales representative to sell that warehouse and fulfillment capacity to the outside market.
This is a rare ground-floor opportunity: the infrastructure is built, the operational chops are proven (they run their own multi-brand fulfillment at scale), and now the company is opening the doors to external B2B and B2C clients. You get to shape the pitch, pick the targets, and build the book.
## What you'll do
- Sell end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment services — pick & pack, cross-docking, inventory management, e-commerce fulfillment, and Amazon-prep — to both B2B shippers and direct-to-consumer brands.
- Hunt new logos: e-commerce brands, wholesalers, emerging DTC companies, and established shippers looking for coastal coverage.
- Leverage a tri-coast warehouse footprint (CA, NJ, PA) as a real differentiator in pitches — 2-day reach to most of the U.S. population.
- Own the full cycle: prospecting, discovery, pricing, proposal, close, and warm handoff to ops.
- Partner closely with operations leadership to scope deals that the warehouses can actually deliver on.
## What you'll bring
- 3+ years selling 3PL, warehousing, fulfillment, freight, or supply-chain services (strongly preferred). Adjacent B2B SaaS-to-logistics sellers will be considered.
- A track record of opening doors cold and closing mid-market deals.
- Comfort selling to both operations leaders (VP Ops, supply chain) and e-commerce founders.
- Self-motivated remote worker — you do not need a manager standing over your shoulder.
- Familiarity with WMS platforms, e-commerce integrations (Shopify, Amazon, etc.), and fulfillment economics is a big plus.
## Why this is different
- **Real facilities, real capacity.** This isn't a broker role — you're selling warehouse space and labor the company actually owns and runs.
- **Multi-brand parent company.** You get the stability of a 25+ brand holding company behind every deal, plus case studies from their own internal fulfillment.
- **Uncapped commission.** Strong base plus a commission plan built to reward hunters — your ceiling is what you build.
- **Fully remote.** Work from anywhere in the U.S., travel to warehouses or prospects as the role demands.
